Jason Churchill and I talk regularly, and we decide to make one of our regular conversations into a podcast, which starts at 11 am EDT and is available here.
My hit on the Brian Kenny show last night is here. I am tentatively scheduled to be on Baseball Tonight in the 7 pm EDT hour tonight.
Did anyone have trouble with this?
I needed to use the pop-up player, and could only get audio on one volume setting (which varied).
Then the audio was like a staticky AM station.
I would like to listen to this!
I used iTunes and it was pretty decent quality sound. I tried using the pop-up and Windows Media Player, and both failed for me.
I think you can get it on iTunes, but I’m not entirely sure. This was kind of a what-the-heck project for us.
I guess post your bug reports here.
I found that it worked better when I clicked to open this in a new window. I use Safari, so I can click on the RSS feed button, and then entered this web address into my Nokia phone so that I can download this and (hopefully) future podcasts on the go. Thanks for the discussion!
Had no problems through firefox / open in new tab
Not sure where to post this, but Sporcle had a decent quiz today about the last lines of famous books:

I thought the readership of this blog might enjoy.
I couldn’t get it to work in the blogtalk media player or in the pop out, but it worked fine when I uploaded it to WinAmp.
Interesting points on Team USA v. Cape Cod for college players. It’s a wonder to me that Team USA was able to screw up a trip by a bunch of 20-something males to Rio.
Listened to it in-browser, but I had to refresh the page once in order to get it work properly.
FWIW, blogtalk media player did not work for me in Google Chrome but worked fine in IE.
Keith – I think you and Jason should continue the podcasts. Once you do a few more you’ll get a rhythm and a format going. I was convinced after your podcast with Simmons that you’d be great in one of your own. Keep up the great work.
Keith,
Thoughts on Riccardi’s comments about entertaining offers for Halladay? Any chance the Rangers might try to make a move for him? They definitely have the pieces to get a deal done.
This worked fine for me once I downloaded it through itunes. Although it did have like 7 minutes of dead air at the end.
Thanks Keith!
