Heh, I always assumed the BBRAA acronym was for “Baseball Riters[sic] Association of America”, along the lines of the ‘Three R’s’.
I just read your chat. I’m not sure you’ll post my comment on the bailout/rescue. We aren’t talking about bad mortgages any longer. We are talking about sizeable redemptions in money market funds, zero CP issuance for credit-worthy firms, LIBOR rates doubling overnight or freezing up. In essence we are seeing a run on credit markets. Hopefully, the Paulson plan will grease the wheels and help the market function.
If the Mets fail again this season, does Willie Randolph get his job back?
